What to do when you land at Cancun Airport to find your transfer

Before you land

A few minutes of preparation saves you time at the terminal:

• Keep your booking number handy along with your confirmation email. Save it offline: signal and airport wifi are not always reliable.
• Check that your booking has the right flight number. We use it to track your arrival in real time, and the driver adjusts the pickup time if you are delayed.

1. Immigration and luggage

Follow the signs to immigration when you leave the plane. Then collect your bags at your flight's carousel and go through customs. In high season this can take longer than usual. Don't worry about the clock: your driver's waiting time starts when your flight lands, and they wait up to 60 minutes.

2. After customs, keep walking

After customs you will often find people offering transportation, tours or timeshares. If your transfer is already booked, you don't need to stop or give your details to anyone. Keep walking toward the exit.

3. Find your driver

Look for our staff holding a Transfer sign in the prepaid transportation area. They will confirm your name and booking and take you straight to the vehicle.

4. Straight to your hotel

The transfer is private: only your group rides, with no stops and no strangers on board. Approximate times from the airport:

What if my flight is delayed?

You don't need to tell us: we track your flight and the driver is rescheduled at no extra cost. If you change flights or something comes up, message us on WhatsApp with your booking number.

Quick tips

• Book at least 24 hours in advance to make sure a vehicle is available.
• Each passenger can bring one standard suitcase and one carry-on. If you travel with extra or oversized luggage (surfboard, golf clubs), say so when you book.
