Data Controller: The entity responsible for collecting, processing, and protecting your personal data is the official transfer operator of this site.
Personal Data Collected: To complete your land transportation booking, we request: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, flight number, and pickup/destination hotel name.
Purpose of Processing: Your data will be used exclusively to manage your transportation booking, send you service confirmations, contact you regarding schedule adjustments or operational updates, and securely process payments.
Privacy Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the treatment of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

Terms and conditions of use for our service

By using our website and booking our transfer services, you agree to be bound by the following general Terms and Conditions.

Bookings and Confirmation: All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. The booking is considered confirmed only after the digital ticket is generated and the payment is processed successfully.
Punctuality and Waiting Time: For arrival transfers, the driver monitors the flight and will wait up to a maximum of 60 minutes after landing. For departure transfers, the client must be ready at the hotel lobby at the scheduled time; the maximum waiting tolerance is 15 minutes.
Luggage Allowance: Standard allowance is one standard suitcase and one personal bag per passenger. Oversized or extra luggage (such as surfboards, golf clubs) must be declared at the time of booking.
Passenger Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to any person under the influence of alcohol or substances that could threaten the safety of the driver and other passengers. Smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on board.
