Cancellation Policy

Data Controller: The entity responsible for collecting, processing, and protecting your personal data is the official transfer operator of this site.
Personal Data Collected: To complete your land transportation booking, we request: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, flight number, and pickup/destination hotel name.
Purpose of Processing: Your data will be used exclusively to manage your transportation booking, send you service confirmations, contact you regarding schedule adjustments or operational updates, and securely process payments.
Privacy Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the treatment of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

Terms and conditions for refunds and modifications

Our priority is to offer you flexibility and comfort during your trip. Below are the conditions for canceling or modifying your transfer service:

Free Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation completely free of charge and receive a 100% refund if requested at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled transfer time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations requested with less than 24 hours notice prior to the service time are not eligible for a refund.
Flight Monitoring (Delays): If your arrival flight is delayed, do not worry. We monitor your flight in real time and your driver will adjust the meeting time at no additional cost.
Wait Times (No Show): The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes at the airport (after your flight lands) and up to 15 minutes at hotels or private addresses. After this time has passed without contact, the service will be considered completed and non-refundable.
